Accommodation will be arranged in advance at Motel One Cologne-Neumarkt and Hotel Motel One Cologne-Mediapark. When registering, please indicate the nights for which you require accommodation. The costs will be covered for all participants, employees of supporting companies can also take advantage of the hotel offer at their own expense.
Further information on bookings and shuttle services will be announced shortly before the event.

Travel
For speakers, chairs and members of the strategy committee the travel expenses, such as flights, train and taxi costs, will be reimbursed. Selected YIM presenters will receive a travel grant. Further information concerning booking & reimbursement will be sent directly to the speakers, chairs and selected YIM presenters.
Unfortunately, travel expenses of all other participants cannot be reimbursed.
Parking
Parking at and around the BALLONI Hallen is limited and difficult. We therefore recommend using our shuttle service and public transportation. However, there is a private parking lot across the street and another one right next to the event building.
There is a large parking garage beneath the OSMAN30.
