Accommodation
Accomodation for all participants will be pre-arranged at Motel One Köln-Neumarkt. A shuttle will be organized to facilitate transfers from the hotel to the event and back. Further information concerning the shuttle will be provided soon.

Travel
The travel expenses, such as flights, train and taxi costs, will be reimbursed for speakers, chairs, members of the strategy committee as well as the YIM presenters. Further information concerning reimbursement will be sent directly to the speakers and chairs.
Participants in Investigator Meetings will be informed separately about the reimbursement of travel expenses.
Unfortunately, travel expenses of all other participants cannot be reimbursed.
